Hideki Sugiyama joined Churchill in 2025 and is currently a Director of Churchill Finance Japan (CFJ), responsible for product management for the firm’s Japan operations. Prior to joining Churchill, Hideki was engaged in institutional sales for U.S. real estate funds at Mitsubishi Estate Investment Advisors and Mitsui & Co. Alternative Investments. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for gatekeeper functions for both domestic and U.S. real estate funds as well as structuring domestic real estate funds at Mizuho Trust & Banking. Hideki received an M.S. in Finance from Waseda University and a B.A. in Laws from Waseda University.
