Rance Aaron joined Churchill in 2022 and is currently the Vice President of Software Development. He is responsible for managing various software projects and the developers. During his career with Churchill, Rance has led the effort to automate business processes, introduce new technology, and create tools for the analysts. Prior to joining Churchill, Rance worked at The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for 8 years, where he built analytical software tools to support various global projects. Rance received a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University.
