Serkan Erikci is a Managing Director at Churchill focused on capital markets and business development initiatives. Prior to joining Churchill in 2023, Serkan oversaw the management of Residential Whole Loan portfolios at Bayview Asset Management. Earlier, Serkan served in multiple roles across a twenty year career at Wells Fargo, during which he held responsibilities in mortgage finance, including a four year assignment in Hong Kong where he led the expansion of Well Fargo’s Asset-Backed Finance business throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Serkan’s extensive expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of financial instruments, including Consumer and Commercial Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) spanning both Agency and Non-Agency sectors, Australian Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), and Dutch and UK mortgages. Serkan received an MBA from Georgia State University and a B.S. from Bogazici University.
