Toshiharu Matsuba is a Principal and Head of Churchill Finance Japan (CFJ),responsible for the firm’s Japan business and institutional sales. Prior to joining Churchill in 2021, Toshi oversaw sales planning for institutional investors at Man Group Japan. Before working at Man Group, Toshiharu oversaw sales and trading for institutional investors in the financial products sales department at Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities. Toshiharu received a B.S. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
